Why KidFest & SPOT?
Our KidFest event is to promote the Bikur Cholim SPOT program which helps pay for the cost of Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy for children whose parents are refused benefits and unable to afford these services. Due to severe government and insurance cutbacks, many children are denied assistance with the cost of these therapies and without this early intervention, they may face challenges and obstacles that could G-d forbid handicap them for life.
